Addy Eisenach

Addy Eisenach of Cedar City, Utah has had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. It all started when she realized she could make money selling lemonade, cookies and seed starts to her neighbors. 

At age 15 Addy began making and selling polo wraps (wraps for horses legs) and launched a successful online business called, Red Rock Polos. Addy loves learning and has enjoyed being mentored by Wealth Mentality Familes. She truly believes that the sky is the limit when it comes to happiness and success in life! When Addy is not working on her business you will find her riding horses, reading a good book or spending time with her family.

Nephi Zufelt

Nephi is the founder of Wealth Mentality Families, a firm focused on helping families change the way they think about, pursue, and use wealth. Nephi is also a founder and CEO of NexTek innovation, a medical device development company focused on helping clinician innovators profit from their ideas. Nephi has launched over 100 products in his career that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars and co-authored 5 international patents. Nephi has travelled all over the world leading teams, negotiating contracts and deals, and working with government regulatory agencies and manufacturing facilities. As fun as this has been, his true passion lies in the area of wealth education. Nephi loves teaching wealth principles to kids, and a main joy and pride for him comes from helping kids succeed. He regularly teaches adults and youth in small and large gatherings about money, wealth, entrepreneurship, life balance, and personal relationships. Nephi finds that he feels most fulfilled when living his purpose in helping others change their mentality about wealth.

Jake Chandler

Jacob Chandler is the Co – Founder and CEO of LiveFree Emergency Response which designs and sells state of the art medical alert systems for the elderly. Jake created and sold the world’s first mobile medical alert device in 2009, landed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing privately held companies in America in 2015, and continuously changes the form in which we deliver care to the elderly through new product innovation. Jake has an endless drive to better care for seniors.

Jake is a family man and loves to spend time with his wife and five kids. He is an avid basketball player and loves to travel. Jake lives by his motto “True success only comes when other’s needs are met through your efforts.”

Arlo Luke

Arlo is one of the co-founders of Varsity Facility Services, an international company started right here in Southeastern Idaho.

He played a major role in the company’s expansion in the early 90's. Arlo has been a champion of Varsity’s unique culture, serving as President and CEO for 28 years.

Arlo was named Idaho State’s Businessman of the Year in 2008. Arlo is also a life-long scouter receiving the Boy Scout’s highest ranking of Silver Beaver, and was inducted into the Boy Scout’s Grand Teton Hall of Fame. He has made community service a priority throughout his career serving on several boards and leading multiple community service projects. In 2008, he received the Jay Morrison Community Award.

Arlo enjoys music, choir conducting, singing solos, playing the viola and piano. He loves to play and watch sports, and spending time with his 45 grandchildren, his 45 (and counting) great-grandchildren, his seven children, and his high school sweetheart, his wife Jackie.

We don't know how to prepare a pitch, what do we do?

We completely understand and we have you covered. Once you register, you will receive an email from our team with specific instructions on how to prepare for the pitch competition and other business plan details. Click below for pitch competition guidelines and judging criteria.

We will also send out invites to pitch competitors to attend a workshop on October 15th or 22nd at 4:00pm Mountain Time. These workshops will walk through the steps of business plan preparation. We want every kid who walks through the door to have the best opportunity possible to receive funding to start and grow their business.
